Cancelling before the course starts
Until access is opened you can cancel at any time and receive a full refund.
Stopping the course
After access is opened you can stop the course by sending a written request via the Contact page. The refund is calculated under the Refund Policy.
Pauses and extensions
If you need more time for homework or the course for a good reason, write to us — extensions are agreed individually.
Rescheduling by the organizer
If a Zoom session is moved on our side, we will announce the new date in advance. If a course intake is cancelled, you choose: move your place or receive a full refund.
Offline intensives
Cancellation terms for offline intensives are provided when you sign up for a specific event.
