Who we are

The Dr. Vic Education website is operated by Viktoriia Shcherbina & Partner (general partnership, Amman, Jordan, registration No. 122190, national establishment No. 200184336), hereinafter “the organizer”. The course teacher is Viktoriia Shcherbina.

Subject

The organizer provides a paid online course, “Basic Course. Manicure from zero”, for beginner nail artists: about 35 video lessons with bonus materials, homework with review, teacher feedback and Zoom sessions — as included in the chosen plan. The course is taught in Russian.

By paying you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, the refund policy, the cancellation policy, the access terms and the privacy policy.

Plans and prices

Group plan — 350 USD: 35 video lessons with bonuses, 6 months of group mentoring, 4 group Zoom sessions, homework review, feedback in Telegram, access to the lessons for 12 months.

Individual plan — 500 USD: 35 video lessons with bonuses, 6 months of one-on-one mentoring, 6 personal Zoom sessions, personal homework review and error analysis, access to the lessons for 12 months.

Current prices are always shown on the website. The price of a course you have already paid for does not change.

Payment

Payment is accepted by Visa and Mastercard cards on the secure page of the payment provider. We never receive or store your card details.

Installments are available: the price is split into equal monthly payments. The number of payments, amounts and dates are agreed before the course starts. The first payment is made before access is opened. If a payment is late, new lessons stop opening until it is paid; access resumes after payment.

How the course works

Lessons open step by step. After practical lessons you do a homework assignment and send photos or videos of your work via Telegram. Each assignment has a 7-day deadline, which can be extended by agreement. After the review the teacher gives feedback and opens the next lesson or block.

Zoom sessions are spread over 6 months; dates are announced in advance. Mentoring does not mean the teacher is available around the clock: replies are given on working days.

Timeline

Mentoring (homework review, replies in Telegram, Zoom sessions) lasts 6 months from the start of the course. Access to the video lessons lasts 12 months from the moment access is opened. Extensions, if offered, are arranged separately.

Intellectual property

All course materials (videos, slides, texts) belong to the author. Copying or distributing the materials, recording the lessons and sharing access with third parties is prohibited. Violation may lead to access being revoked.

Liability

The course is educational. Results depend on the student’s practice and effort; we do not guarantee any particular income.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, including Consumer Protection Law No. 7 of 2017. We aim to resolve any disputes through negotiation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page; courses already paid for are governed by the terms in force at the time of payment.
